I love working with friends
Working with other people motivates me, challenges me, encourages me and in fact, I get my best ideas through (or after) talking to others about things I care about. So either when I was working in big organizations or now working as an independent consultant, I reach out to colleagues (that often become friends) to collaborate. We often start by discussing professional interests we share, which often leads to crazy ideas for potential work to undertake, and sometimes we actually end up doing them. In other occasions, we just keep in touch and regularly discuss these or other new ideas.
Brilliant partnerships I work (or try to) work with...
I collaborate (or we are trying to find ways to do it) with several partnerships of brave people who created their own firm. We enjoy sharing ideas and working together, uniting skillsets and efforts for better results. I am very thankful to be part of them.
People I love discussing and working with....
My closest network of colleagues
When I’m working based in the little village in Southern France I live in, regular contact with people in my field makes me feel connected, belonging to a worldwide community and not alone in my sunny but one-person home office. In this period of my professional life, since I started my Evaluation consultant practice, this network of colleagues-friends has become truly important.
So these people are part of my learning process and my actual work, and as an important part of my “Visual Brain”, I wanted to introduce you to them. This is my closest network; they are all brilliant and great company to be around. You can find ways to contact them below.
Ana is a role model for me for her balancing interesting, powerful evaluation contracts for major organizations and having times off for herself. She is a great, experienced support when I have needed her, she does great work along with the Aproeval team, and I’m looking forward to finding an evaluation together. More: www.anafemenia.com.
